Where to begin? Estrella de Mar is situated in the beautiful and typical Spanish urbinazation called Pueblo Alcasar. The whole idea of Estrella de Mar is that you get a maximum return on your precious holiday time. That starts with a great place to stay. A place where you feel at home right away. No time to waste. Right?
The villa has been fully renovated in 2022. From top to bottom. A total make-over. We are super proud of the result and are delighted to share it with you! The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons. It has three bedrooms. Two doubles with a beautiful view. And one smaller bedroom with a very cool bunk bed! Next to our high-end bathroom with toilet we offer a second separate toilet.
Outside we have a nice private sun terrace with a great lounge set. Last but not least Pueblo Alcasar offers a beautiful communal garden, a swimming pool, a great restaurant overlooking the pool, two tennis courts and a soccer/basketball field. For residents/guests only by the way so it is never (too) crowded. Keep in mind that necessary maintenance for the pool is planned in the period November – February. In exceptional cases they sometimes need to shift the work to March. It’s also relevant to know that the restaurant is closed in the period mid October – March.
The villa

Your kids will go banana when they enter the villa. The first thing they see is the pantry where all the goodies are. Bodyboards, tennis rackets, a football and maybe you’ll find an inflatable jetski as well . After all the swimming pool and the beach life is around the corner. After the pantry you’ll enter the kitchen. Modern, stylish and houses everything you need. It even has a coffee machine with fresh beans! The living room is elegant and comfortable. For instance, a nice smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite show on Netflix. So yes.. the villa is equipped with a fast Wi-Fi connection (300 Mbits p/s)! Duhh ! Next to that the villa is suitable for all year round living. In the summer you have air conditioning everywhere! And in the winter you have heating.

Enjoy the beautiful terrace & garden
Around the villa you have a lot of outside space at your disposal. In front of the villa you can enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. And on one of the three(!) terraces at the back of the villa you can lounge with a stunning view of the Bernia mountains. We have a terrace with a great lounge set, a picknick table and an area with deckchairs. The swimming pool is just 200 meters away. For residents only so never (too) crowded. Don’t feel like eating out? Go one floor down and fire up the BBQ or our traditional paella pan in the garden! By the way: the best supermarket in town is just a short walk. Last but not least: take a stroll through the lovely white village and discover lots of hidden treasures.
